Why we built it

Too many companies run HR on spreadsheets, payroll in another file, safety records in a cabinet and staff conversations in personal WhatsApp groups. The alternative was usually a foreign subscription, priced per employee per month, holding the company’s most sensitive data in someone else’s cloud.

We built Keelsum to be the opposite: one system for the whole employee journey and the books, installed on a server the company controls, and paid for once.

What we believe

• Your data is yours. Staff records, IDs and payroll belong on your server, not ours.
• Built for how work happens here. Crews on remote sites, weak signal, PAYE, pension and NHF, client audits. Then made to work anywhere.
• Plain words. Software people use without training manuals, and straight answers about what it does and does not do.
• Pay once. A price that does not grow every time you hire.

Who we are

Jonavix Technologies is a software company based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. We design, build, install and support Keelsum ourselves, so when you call, you speak to the people who made it.
