When you buy
Priced by the number of staff. Every module is included: HR, payroll, attendance, leave, safety, accounting, operations, chat and calls.
The first year
Bug fixes, security updates, new versions and statutory rate updates for a full year. In the first months we also make small changes so it fits the way you work.
After that
An optional yearly plan keeps the updates and support coming. Larger changes are quoted separately. Keelsum keeps working whether you renew or not.

Your own server or hosting, your domain and email, an SMS or WhatsApp provider if you want those alerts, and storage for off-site backups. We tell you what is needed and can set it up with you.
Yes. Keelsum runs on an ordinary hosting plan or a small cloud server, which you rent in your company’s name. We can recommend one and install Keelsum on it for you.
The server is yours, so its uptime, upgrades and backups are your responsibility or your IT provider’s. We can do it for you as an add-on.
